Bushfire Flame Grill
The Bushfire Flame Grill offers a unique and exciting dining experience. The Brazilian inspired, Australian style BBQ brings the theatre of the kitchen to the guest’s table. Metre long skewers of succulent meats include beef contra file, pork, chorizo, chicken hearts and the traditional beef picanha, inspired from Brazil-style rump cap and seasoned with sea salt and sarawak pepper.
Included with the Churrasco Experience is sugar & cinnamon encrusted Mareeba Gold pineapple, a selection of fresh side dishes sourced from local ingredients and the seafood moqueca, a tasty mix of fresh seafood, lime, coconut, roasted capsicum, spring onion, coriander and red palm oil.
Complete your culinary experience with a selection of Pinchos - tasting desserts on sticks. From the Spanish word for spike or thorn these elegant desserts are the perfect way to finish!
The restaurant also offers an a la carte menu. Bushfire opens for dinner from 5.30pm until late. Breakfast is available daily from 6.30am until 9.30am.
